An executable file is a program that can be executed on the various Microsoft operating systems (Dos,windows 98/xp/vista).
What is drwtsn32.exe?
Dr. Watson for Windows is a program error debugger that gathers information about your computer when an error (or user-mode fault) occurs with a program.
To configure Dr. Watson, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. Type drwtsn32, and then click OK.
By default, the log file created by Dr. Watson is named Drwtsn32.log and is saved in the following location:
drive:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINNT\Application Data\Microsoft\Dr Watson
You may got error message like:
Drwtsn32.exe had to be terminated, we are sorry for any lost work
How To Disable Dr. Watson for Windows:Go to Start/Run Type: regedit click ok
Navigate to:
Hkey_local_machine/Software/Microsoft/Windows NT/Current Version/Aedebug
Click on and edit the debugger value delete the text in the popup box referring to Dr. Watson followed by some values which look like: drwtsn32 -p %ld -e %ld -g
Click on OK
Or Go to Start/Run Type: drwtsn32.exe click ok
Clear all check marks from Options boxes.
